Harsh coleads the firm’s growth work in India. In the course of a decade-long career, he has driven sales transformations and growth strategy for several large organizations across the automotive (OEM and auto parts) and building materials (cement, steel, tiles, doors, and pipes) sectors.

Some of his recent work includes driving a comprehensive scale-up of a new downstream product business for one of India's largest steel manufacturers.

Harsh has also led a multiyear sales-growth and strategy-design transformation for a leading Indian tire-manufacturing company. This involved designing the channel architecture and establishing a distribution network, developing and implementing innovative sales and marketing tools, and building sales-force capability.

Another major project included a comprehensive sales and marketing transformation for one of India's largest cement companies, with a focus on brand strategy and improving profitability margin by deploying pricing levers and increasing share of premium products. Harsh also built robust governance and performance-management processes and focused on developing leadership and sales capabilities across the organization.
