A magnet for colleagues from all over the world, we are one of the most culturally diverse offices in the Knowledge Network.

Founded in 2010, our Costa Rica Knowledge Center (CRKC) is home to over 250 people. Our colleagues work across 30 industry and functional practices that include analytics, corporate finance, high tech, media, and telecommunications as well as travel, transport and logistics. We also have a large geographic information research and analysis team that has become an incubator for new capabilities and innovation.

We are a close-knit and vibrant global community where innovation and entrepreneurship thrive. Among our many learning initiatives, we hold monthly “Agora sessions” to encourage collaboration and knowledge sharing across colleagues. Additionally, our social-planning team plays an important role in organizing various activities throughout the year, like family days and movie nights.
