About Claudio

Claudio Feser is a Senior Partner of McKinsey & Company in Zurich, Switzerland. He leads McKinsey Academy, a practice offering leadership development programs for firms and their executives. He is also a member of the Shareholders’ Council, McKinsey’s Board of Directors.

In 1999, Claudio founded McKinsey’s Athens office, which he ran for six years. On returning to Zurich in late 2004, he led our Swiss office, comprising branches in Zurich, Geneva, and Casablanca, for a six-year term.

Claudio serves clients mainly in the areas of healthcare and finance (insurance, banking).

He is the author of Leadership at Scale: Better Leadership, Better Results (Nicholas Brealey, December 2018), When Execution Isn’t Enough: Decoding Inspirational Leadership (John Wiley & Sons, September 2016), Serial Innovators: Firms that Change the World (John Wiley & Sons, November 2011), and he has also published several articles on leadership and organization.
