About David

David helps lead McKinsey’s Transformation Practice. His expertise extends from lifting corporate performance to capturing the full potential of technology, digital, and enterprise-wide agile transformation. Throughout his career, David has led numerous due-diligence and restructuring efforts as well as guided complex transformations in multiple countries.

David’s recent work includes helping a leading telecommunications operator in a mature market transform its execution performance, which translated into cash-flow, market-share, and organisational-health improvements. He also recently led the complete transformation of a multinational consumer-goods company and supported an integrated bank as well as a global mining company in transforming commercial and operational performance.

Based in New Zealand and Australia since 2003, David serves clients in Australasia, Europe, Northern Africa, and the United States. Prior to joining McKinsey, he worked as an equity analyst for a private banking group in Geneva.

David is actively engaged in charitable organisations focused on improving primary-education outcomes and diversity in the workplace. He is also a native French speaker, fluent in English, German, and Swiss German, and conversational in Italian.
