About Fabian

Fabian leads McKinsey’s Organization Practice across Europe. In this role, he helps clients to shape and execute not only reorganizations but also significant performance transformations, merger integrations, change programs, and more recently programs around enterprise agility. Before this, Fabian led our merger-management work and supported numerous clients across industries in large-scale integration programs.

Fabian serves clients primarily in the telecommunications, media, and technology sectors, and more recently in the real estate and renewable energy sectors.

Examples of his recent client work include the following:

  • architecting a transformation program to deliver enterprise agility for a major telecommunications company
  • delivering a comprehensive transformation, leveraging advanced analytics and moving into an agile way of working for a telecommunications operator, quintupling the company value
  • ·orchestrating the integration and value-creation program of two telecommunications operators
  • redesigning the operating model of a global real-estate company
  • supporting a full potential assessment for a global renewable-energy company
  • supporting the reorganization and footprint consolidation of a renewable-energy company
  • supporting the transaction-preparation process and subsequent merger integration for two global telecommunications companies
  • leading the divestiture and demerger of 12 separate businesses at a global technology company
