About Kausik

Kausik is the managing partner for McKinsey's Western US region and coleads the firm’s global financial technology efforts. He has worked primarily in the financial services and financial technology sectors, helping banks, wealth and asset managers, payments processors, telecommunication and technology companies, networks, commercial banks, and consumer credit providers address strategy, operations, and organizational issues. He also leads the Public Sector Practice on the West Coast with a focus on improving operations and successfully managing transformational change.

Kausik serves on the boards of the Bay Area Council, the San Francisco Symphony, the Commonwealth Club of California, and Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business.
