About Martin

For more than 2 decades, Martin has partnered with clients across Asia, Europe, and North America to achieve distinctive performance and to chart new business paths. A core member of the McKinsey Digital, Marketing & Sales, and Organization Practices, he is known for his creative growth ideas, ability to galvanize organizations behind growth strategies and performance transformations, and passion for bringing the best of McKinsey to solve his clients’ most pressing issues.

Martin has served clients across industries, including, banking, consumer goods, food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, and medical products. He also has experience working in the public sector on issues such as employment creation and health-system modernization. With a focus on strategy, performance, and growth, Martin’s work spans business units to include all areas of the organization, including the top team, manufacturing, research and development, and marketing and sales. Martin is increasingly supporting clients in China, India, Japan, and across Southeast Asia, though his expertise spans the globe.

Martin coleads Global McKinsey, an initiative that gives all McKinsey colleagues opportunities to develop distinctive multigeographical experience and insights. Previously, he oversaw consultant learning and leadership development worldwide and led our work on consumer and shopper insights in the Americas.
