About Nicholas

Nick leads McKinsey’s work in procurement and sourcing in the public sector across North America. He has spent over a decade helping public- and private-sector organizations improve performance with data and technology. His work has supported national governments, civilian and defense agencies, and leading corporations in driving transformational change.

Nick works with his public- and private-sector clients to transform the effectiveness of their procurement and sourcing organizations, including short-term cost savings using advanced analytical methods, implementation of new organizational structures and operating models, and long-term sustainable capability building.

Nick is also a leader in McKinsey’s digital and analytics work within the Public Sector Practice, where he helps public-sector organizations with data and analytics strategy, digital transformation, and large-scale IT program management.

Prior to joining McKinsey, Nick supported big data transformations for a global business analytics consultancy.
