He focuses primarily on strategic projects, including service line, market growth, and reform. Earlier in Noam’s tenure, he served pharmaceutical, medical-device, and biotechnology companies.

Noam leads McKinsey’s healthcare systems and services provider growth capability, which is an integrated approach to growth planning, encompassing service-line, physician, ambulatory, and payor strategy. He leads our knowledge development on provider growth strategy and sponsors the McKinsey provider growth analytics function.
