About Rock

Rock co-leads the solutions portfolio within the New Ventures group and has extensive experience serving clients across a broad range of sectors and geographies. Based in the Chicago office, he has also spent time in the Washington and Los Angeles offices.

In his work with clients in telecoms, high-tech, software, semiconductors, and advanced electronics, Rock’s primary focus is on accelerating growth through strategic and more tactical levers in areas including mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships, go-to-market, pricing, and portfolio optimization.

He has also helped build the firm’s High Tech, Media & Entertainment, and Telecommunications Practice in the Americas as well as working in the Marketing & Sales Practice and in RTS. Recent projects include helping private equity-owned software providers with pricing, margin, and channel management and corporate strategy and supporting telecoms on R&D, product development, and market strategy.

Rock is also passionate about the environment and is a long-term board member of the Peggy Notebaert Nature Museum.
